Work included concept through final design drawings and details of walkways, landscaped mounds, seating areas and benches, bike racks, three courtyards, planters, clock tower and gateway structures for the residential end of campus.
- Innovative colored and stamped concrete are proposed for courtyard and walkway areas.
- Construction cost estimated at $550,000.
